Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

OmniPrime Auto & Fleet™, operated by OmniPrime LLC, provides mobile preventive maintenance and vehicle health monitoring — including but not limited to oil and filter service, multi-point inspections, fluid top-offs, tire pressure checks, and digital reporting. We are not a repair shop. We do not perform collision repair, internal engine rebuilds, transmission overhauls, or other invasive repairs. When our inspection identifies a condition beyond our scope, we will document and refer.

2. Membership, Billing, Scheduling & Cancellation

Annual Plan Includes

  • Four quarterly OmniPrime preventive maintenance visits
  • One full inspection per year (DOT Appendix G, Turo, and similar — restrictions apply)
  • Up to 5 quarts of synthetic-blend oil per included visit
  • Oil-filter replacement at every visit
  • Essential under-the-hood fluid top-offs
  • Tire-pressure checks every visit
  • Light-Duty: tire rotation at every oil change (up to 4× per year, where applicable)
  • Medium-Duty: grease of main zerks at every oil change (up to 4× per year, where applicable)
  • Air-filter replacement 2× per year
  • One set of headlights and one set of taillights replaced per year (when available)
  • License-plate light replacements as needed
  • Battery and charging-system testing; battery-terminal cleaning and protective coating
  • Annual front and rear wiper replacement when applicable
  • Oil-life reset when supported by the vehicle
  • Diagnostic scan for active, pending, and stored codes when supported
  • Digital service records, vehicle photo documentation, and CARFAX reporting when applicable
  • Secure client-portal access and service reminders
  • Touch-point sanitization before vehicle return

4-Pack Includes

  • Four oil changes (one per quarter)
  • One full inspection (DOT Appendix G, Turo, and similar — restrictions apply)
  • Fluid top-offs, tire-pressure checks, and basic diagnostic scan on each visit
  • Digital service records and portal access

One-Time Service Includes

  • Single oil change with synthetic-blend oil and filter replacement
  • Under-the-hood fluid check and top-off
  • Basic inspection and tire-pressure check
  • Exterior wipe-down

Restrictions apply where applicable and able to. Not all makes and models supported.

Service Start Date

The first available service date is July 15, 2026, when our first mobile truck (Unit 26-01) enters service. You can purchase any plan today; visits will be scheduled on or after that date.

12-Month Membership Commitment

This is a 12-month annual membership agreement. The initial payment begins enrollment. Membership activation requires completion of the monthly billing-authorization step after checkout.

Change-of-Mind Window

You may request cancellation within 3 calendar days after enrollment or before your first OmniPrime service is performed, whichever occurs sooner.

A $49 change-of-mind processing fee applies during this period, subject to applicable law.

Once the first service has been performed, or once the 3-calendar-day change-of-mind window expires, whichever occurs sooner, the annual agreement becomes active.

Early Cancellation After Activation

After activation, early cancellation may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the remaining unpaid agreement value, subject to applicable law.

Appointment Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.
  • Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $49 rescheduling fee.
  • Missed appointments, inaccessible vehicles, unsafe service conditions, or vehicles unavailable at the confirmed location may be subject to a $75 dispatch fee.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for excess oil capacity, specialty oil, specialty fluids, specialty filters, upgraded bulbs, specialty parts, damaged battery terminals, battery replacement, tires, repairs, diagnostic work beyond the included scan, excessive travel, and services outside the included membership scope.

Only one approved OmniPrime Advantage discount may be applied per agreement unless expressly authorized in writing by OmniPrime Auto & Fleet.

9. Service Standard & Warranty Disclaimer

We perform service in a professional, workmanlike manner using parts and fluids that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided "as performed" without any other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our service is preventive and is not a substitute for manufacturer-required warranty service or for diagnostic work performed by a licensed repair facility. Results vary with vehicle condition, age, operating environment, and adherence to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniPrime LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or vehicle downtime.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
